Sales - Excellent Product - Excellent Installation - Excellent The only issue I can say is less than excellent is trying to clean the windows. I have tried a couple of times using the exact instructions and spray they gave me and still they're streaky and smeary. I gave up. Other than that try them, you'll like them.

Our original porch was screens with a very ‘lightweight’ screen door.  We could use it mid-spring to mid-fall and when it did not rain. Max at Sunspace, came in and offered a couple of options. We elected the one that moved the mid rail toward the top leaving enough space for a transit window and then enough space below that cross piece for 8 six foot tall spaces that were filled with 4-section sliding vinyl windows. A heavier screen door was added and we now have a porch we can use regardless of rain.  On sunny winter days we can sit out there as the sun quickly warms the space.  We previously were not able to use the porch in the winter. The team that did the installation was friendly and were attentive to any questions we asked. In addition they sought out our opinion as to the work as it progressed.  The sections can be raised, lowered or left in several configurations. We are now 7 years old and everything works fine and is still original. Whenever we had questions they were promptly answered.  Needless to say we love our porch and are very pleased with it and working with Max and Sunspace. Many times throughout these years we have had neighbors and others stop and inquire about the work. I absolutely LOVE my new space. It’s my favorite room to start my morning with coffee or end the evening listening to nature by our pond. Max was incredible and thought about how to frame the outside so it mimicked the inside. The builder was personable, friendly, and cleaned up every day!

My husband converted our screened in porch to a sunroom. We ordered windows in various sizes and they arrived in a timely manner. They delivered them and my husband installed them. Max showed him how to install them and he thought they were easy to install. We love the look and feel of the windows. Highly recommend.

We have had Sunspace of Central Ohio out to our house twice now for two projects. Both times we were very pleased with our experiences. The owner Max did a great job designing our covered carport and front porch. The process was explained to us very well and it was executed exactly how they said it would be. The workers were punctual and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up each day before leaving. The end result is absolutely beautiful. I cannot highly recommend them enough. We came back from vacation early April because they were supposed to start on the 10th. They never showed up till August. They "just" finished  the 1st week of December. Nothing was done correctly. Someone had to follow behind to fix mistakes done by the previous people. It also wasn't the agreed upon height, it was suppoded to come off the peak of house.
